A CHC nurse visits you with the right equipment – from ECG machine and dressings to phlebotomy and IV equipment.
GP video call as needed
During or shortly after the visit, your nurse can arrange a GP video consultation to review results and agree a plan.

Heart health check at home
£475
A comprehensive cardiac health review without leaving your living room. Includes nurse home visit and GP video call.
What's included:
- Nurse home visit (usually up to 60 minutes)
- Full observations: blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, weight and BMI
- 12-lead ECG performed at home
- Blood tests (cholesterol, HbA1c, kidney/liver function, thyroid)
- Lifestyle and medication review
- GP video consultation to interpret results
- Written summary for your NHS GP
Post-operative nursing care
£120/hour
Bring hospital-level nursing home with you after your procedure. Professional post-surgical care in your own home.
Standard care (£120/hour):
- Wound checks and dressing changes
- Catheter care
- Simple drain checks
- Intramuscular injections
- Pain assessment and mobility review
Complex care (£175/hour):
- IV infusion / PICC line infusion
- Central line care
- Complex dressing VAC therapy
- Tracheostomy care
- NG feeds and stoma care
Blood tests, infusions & injections
£120/hour
All delivered by a CHC nurse in your home, with GP video input as required.
Blood tests at home
Home phlebotomy for routine and specialist tests, results reviewed by CHC GP
IV infusions at home
Pre-treatment assessment, monitoring during and after infusion (iron, antibiotics)
Injection services
Intramuscular and subcutaneous injections (B12, hormone, depot medications)
Gastrointestinal health check
£475
For people who feel "off" with their digestion or bowels and want a structured gut health review.
What's included:
- Nurse home visit (typically up to 60 minutes)
- Detailed symptom review and physical assessment
- Blood tests: FBC, inflammatory markers, coeliac screen, liver/thyroid tests
- Stool test kits if indicated (FIT, calprotectin, H. pylori)
- GP video consultation to review results
- Clear plan and further investigation arrangements
- Written report with option to share with NHS GP
