Cancellation, Refund & Cooling-Off Policy

Ottimo Health Plan is a healthcare membership provided by Chelmsford Health Centre, designed to give members faster access to private healthcare services in a sustainable and clinically appropriate way.
- •In line with UK consumer regulations, new members are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
- •During the cooling-off period, members may cancel their plan and a refund will be issued less the cost of any services already used.
- •By booking or using services during the cooling-off period, members acknowledge that services have begun and agree that any refund will be pro-rated based on usage.
